Ring in 2023 with dinner and a champagne toast! Chef Pino is preparing another NYE four-course meal (soup, appetizer, choice of entree, and dessert) along with a champagne toast at midnight.

Evening Details:

  • Dinner: 4-Course Prix Fixe Menu

  • Price: $125 / person

  • Timing: When you purchase your ticket there will be a form where you can tell us what time your party will be joining us from 7:00 pm through 9:30 pm.

*Remember to bundle up—if there are fireworks we’ll watch them outside on Top Deck*

Openers:

Lobster Biscuit - butter poached lobster, lemon cream, warm chive biscuit

Grilled Lamb Lollipops - with pistachio hummus, grilled pita, roasted cherry tomato, goat cheese

Winter Squash Ratatouille -squash, roasted tomato, caramelized red onion, garlic butter

French Onion Soup - red Vidalia and Cippolini Onions, savory broth, garlic and cheese croutons

Salad:

Shave Roasted Brussel Sprouts - with toasted almonds, dried cranberries, crumbled goat cheese, and cranberry balsamic vinaigrette

Entrees:

Seared Halibut with Clams and Chorizo - seared Halibut Filet, simmered Littlenecks, chorizo, Yukon Gold Potato, tomato and fennel broth

Roasted Shiitake Mushroom and Crispy Tofu Noodle Bowl - Shiitake Mushroom, Tempura Style Fried Tofu, shredded carrots, Napa cabbage, boiled egg, Shishito Pepper, soy and ginger broth

Prosciutto Wrapped Filet Mignon - Pan-seared filet wrapped in imported prosciutto served with rosemary au jus, mashed Red Bliss Potatoes, and grilled asparagus

Duck Confit Risotto - Slow-cooked duck leg, white wine and fresh thyme Arborio Rice, Duckfat White Wine Veloute, and roasted vegetables

Desserts:

Chocolate Panna Cotta - with Grand Marnier Syrup, Tuile Cookie

Bananas Foster Bread Pudding - served with candied walnut ice cream
